Youth Time Magazine is interviewing the experts who will be speaking at the Global Youth Forum 2017 in Dubai. Today we would like to introduce Roman Vishnevskiy, a young entrepreneur from Russia. At the Forum he will offer the participants some insights on how to get funding for their projects, and he will elaborate a bit further on how cryptocurrency can be an effective tool for startups. He will also talk about blockchains and ICO.
We are excited to publish the latest article interviewing one of workshop trainers for Youth Global Forum in Dubai, Dr. Delfina Fantini van Ditmar. Dr. Fantini will be travelling all the way from Santiago, Chile to share her knowledge and inspire participants at the event. Dr. Delfina Fantini completed her PhD at the Royal College of Art in Innovation Design Engineering. Her work investigates how complex, lived, human experience is represented within the quantified approaches inherent in current notions of ‘smart’ technology. Her research questions and critically analyses the above quantitative approach which is starting to permeate into our bodies and the central infrastructure of our homes and cities. Dr. Fantini will be hosting a workshop entitled, “The Importance of Ethics in the Process of Digitilization of Life”. This pre-event interview aims to provide Youth Global Forum participants with added insight and understanding as to what they can expect from the workshop, in addition to learning how to best prepare for the event.

Ms. Milas will be hosting a workshop under the theme, ‘Social Factors that Influence Knowledge Development and Knowledge Management Techniques'. Youth Time International Movement is pleased to open applications for its latest Youth Global Forum 2017! The event will take place in Dubai, UAE from November 23-27 and will gather together more than 100 participants from all over the world with the aim of discussing ideas and solutions for the most prevalent youth issues. The topic of the annual event is Ethical Entrepreneurship in the Time of a Competitive Knowledge-based Economy. Participation is partially funded. Deadline to apply is September 22nd.
The Youth Global Forum 2016 in Jakarta has concluded. Over the course of four days, more than 100 young people from 29 countries were gathered together to come up with interesting solutions for sustainable social development. Seven youth initiatives “battled” for the Forum’s main prize – a realization grant. And the winner was a young, but experienced, social entrepreneur from Russia: Olga Lakhnova, with a project targeted to fight the isolation of elderly people by allowing them to help with educating children. Olga plans to launch a social club in Moscow where local retirees will be able to use their knowledge for good by educating children through one-on-one instruction or in “classes” consisting of small groups. According to Olga, this will help elderly people to fight isolation and will give children the opportunity to obtain additional education for free. In this interview Olga explains the concept behind her winning project.
International movement Youth Time extended applications deadline for the Youth Global Forum 2016 to October 3rd! The event will take place in Jakarta, Indonesia in November 24-26. The forum will gather together more than 150 participants from all over the world with the aim of brainstorming solutions for the most prevalent youth issues. The topic of the annual event is The Interdependence Between Sustainability and Social Entrepreneurship - Creating a Sustainable Environment for Social Development Through Tech Innovation. Participation is partially funded.
