Meditation, according to its wider definition, can be considered a technique that relaxes the body and calms the thoughts to make the practitioner feel more comfortable, pleasant, and relaxed. In its narrower definition, meditation is a spiritual discipline that through the acquired skill of controlling the mind and body allows a deeper and closer contact with the practitioner’s mental state and his soul. It is a program by which the body and soul are aligned, connected, and merged with the goal of achieving a sense of freedom, joy, satisfaction, self-confidence, and happiness.

Have you ever considered how much knowledge of English you have acquired at school in proportion to the entire language?
